Your role
Do you have a strong interest in real estate investment? Does analyzing real estate assets and global portfolios excite you? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- support Portfolio Managers in implementing strategies for direct real estate portfolios across the investment lifecycle, including asset management, repositioning, financing and dispositions
- develop and review property-level cash flow and valuation models, including key assumptions relating to leases, operating and capital expenditure, financing and exit values
- perform hold-versus-sell, valuation and sensitivity analyses and support portfolio-level cash flow and liquidity forecasting
- consolidate asset-level financial, operational and market information into portfolio analysis, investor and co-investor reporting, and decision materials for investment committees
You’ll get to:
- build a practical understanding of global real estate portfolio management, fund strategy and investment decision-making
- work closely with colleagues across EMEA, US and APAC and see how Portfolio Management connects with Asset Management, Financing, Legal, Tax and Property Management
- gain exposure to different commercial real estate sectors, markets and stages of the investment lifecycle
Your team
You’ll be working in the Global Real Estate Portfolio Management team in Zurich, in close collaboration with our colleagues in Geneva, London, Sydney, and other major global cities. We manage direct real estate funds and segregated mandates for private and institutional clients across multiple regions and markets. In your day-to-day work, you’ll collaborate with local and regional colleagues in Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Investment Management, Financing, Legal, Tax and Property Management. This gives you broad exposure to how asset-level developments are translated into portfolio strategy, investment decisions and investor outcomes.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than 12 months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- has a strong analytical and financial foundation and is keen to develop their real estate and market knowledge
- is curious, proactive and motivated to take ownership, ask questions and contribute their own perspective
- is comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues across different functions and regions
- is fluent in English
- has a good command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools
- can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team. Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or stepped out of your comfort zone to learn about a subject you found challenging? Let us know how your achievements match the skills we’re after.
Start date: February 2027

This paid internship will last 6 months, where you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.
