We pick up job listings on LinkedIn, not posts in the feed. A “we’re hiring” post with no listing behind it never reaches the tracker.

It happens, and we can’t promise every posting. A firm changes its careers site, or a posting says too little for us to tell which desk it belongs to. Tell us which role it was at contact@fyntraq.io and we will look at why.

We check the career sites several times an hour, all day. When a new role matches one of your alerts, the email goes out within minutes, so you can apply while the pile is still short.

The filters you pick: desk, contract type, start date, country or city, and a firm or a type of firm if you want one. Words you add on top, to include or to exclude, are matched against the role title only, not the full description, so keep them short.

Alerts come with Premium, and you can set as many as you need, for example one per desk, per city and per season.

The date on Fyntraq is the day we detected the role. Some firms create a role on their portal and only open it to applicants a few days later, and the portal keeps the first date. So an older date on the firm’s site does not always mean we were late.

Either the firm reposted it with something changed, a new start date for example, which means a new intake, or it is the same role under two links we failed to group. If nothing changed, forward us both emails at contact@fyntraq.io.

We read every posting and tag it by desk, contract and city before it reaches you. When a posting is vague or badly written, the tag can be wrong. We correct those as we find them.

Premium includes 50 a month. The free account does not include them.

It is built from the CV in your profile and the posting, nothing else. If an experience is not on your CV, it should not be in the letter. Read it before you send it anyway: you know your story better than we do.

Yes. Copy it and change what you want before you send it. Treat it as a first draft that already names the desk and the firm.

Every account gets one free check. With Premium, including the 15-day free trial, checks are unlimited. A file we cannot read does not use up your free check.

We use it to run what you ask for: your alerts, your saved roles, your cover letters and your CV checks. We don’t sell it. Read the privacy policy.

No. The trial comes with your first Premium. If you have had Premium before, a trial included, the subscription is paid from day one.

So Premium carries on without a gap if you keep it. Nothing is charged before the trial ends.

No. The pack is paid once for six months, so the trial only comes with the monthly plan.
