Key responsibilities
We’re looking for a junior Investment Banker to:
- Assist in the origination and execution of transactions for domestic and foreign corporate and private equity clients
- Work on major workstreams of transactions including diligence, the development of financial projections and analyses, and all client deliverables
- Independently prepare, interpret, and discuss analytical data
- Present to internal and external clients effectively and with confidence
- Collaborate with colleagues across the globe to provide clients with seamless transaction execution
- Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
- Make sound and balanced judgments (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal standards)

Your skills and experience
- Experience in an investment banking role at a top tier bank
- Ability to work effectively with both corporate and private equity clients
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in all relevant financial analyses
- Demonstrated track record of taking initiative and managing teams
- Undergraduate degree
- You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
- Canada - Ontario CAD 120000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
