Missions :
[FR] Au sein de l'équipe Real Estate Investment Core et sous la supervision des responsables d'opération, vous participerez progressivement aux étapes suivantes :
- Sourcing et sélection : s uivre, enregistrer, classer et qualifier les opportunités reçues en France et à l’étranger ; contribuer à l’identification des dossiers à approfondir;
- Analyse et modélisation : é tudier les actifs, leurs marchés et leurs revenus locatifs; préparer des analyses de valorisation et des modèles de flux de trésorerie, de TRI et de VAN;
- Décision d’investissement : s ynthétiser les analyses et préparer les notes et supports destinés au comité d’investissement;
- Due diligences : c onstituer les data-rooms, organiser et synthétiser la documentation; participer à la relecture et au contrôle des accords de confidentialité (NDA); contribuer au suivi des analyses immobilières, juridiques, de conformité et ESG avec les spécialistes concernés;
- Exécution des opérations : a ssister les Directeurs d’investissements dans le suivi des étapes jusqu’à la signature éventuelle des actes d’acquisition;
- Veille de marché : r assembler des données immobilières et macroéconomiques pour éclairer l’analyse des marchés, territoires et typologies d’actifs.
[ENG] As part of the Real Estate Investment Core team and under the supervision of the transaction leads, you will gradually become involved in the following stages:
- Sourcing and screening: track, record, categorise and assess opportunities received in France and abroad; help identify opportunities for further revie;
- Analysis and modelling: analyse assets, their markets and rental income; prepare valuation analyses and cash flow, internal rate of return (IRR) and net present value (NPV) model;
- Investment decision-making: summarise analyses and prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for the Investment Committee;
- Due diligence: set up data rooms, organise and summarise documentation; assist with reviewing and checking non-disclosure agreements (NDAs); help monitor real estate, legal, compliance and ESG assessments alongside the relevant specialists;
- Transaction execution: support Investment Directors in monitoring each stage of the transaction through to the signing of acquisition documents, where applicable;
- Market monitoring: gather real estate and macroeconomic data to inform the analysis of markets, geographical areas and asset types.
Profile :
[FR] Profil recherché
- Etudiant en dernière année d'école de commerce, école d'ingénieurs ou université (bac+ 5) avec une spécialisation en finance ou en immobilier;
- Vous comprenez la valorisation et la modélisation financière (cash-flows, TRI, VAN);
- Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et PowerPoint;
- Très à l'aise en français et en anglais (oral et écrit); la maitrise d'une autre langue européenne serait un atout;
- Vous faites preuve de curiosité, de rigueur et d’un réel intérêt pour l’investissement immobilier.

- Final-year student at a business school, engineering school or university, pursuing a Master’s-level qualification with a specialisation in finance or real estate;
- Sound understanding of valuation and financial modelling (cash flows, IRR and NPV);
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in another European language would be an asset;
- Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and a genuine interest in real estate investment.
