Role:
- Support the execution of private equity, private credit and infrastructure fundraisings mandates, working closely with the Senior Associates and Partners
- Coordinate information flow between direct clients (GPs) and the Reach Capital team, ensuring smooth project management and timely delivery
- Prepare and maintain fundraising materials, including investor presentations, benchmarking and competitor analyses, DDQs, track record, and dataroom documentation
- Conduct market research and GP mapping to identify potential prospective clients, and participate in origination meetings alongside senior team members
You will be encouraged to develop your own peer-to-peer network of fund managers, investors and services providers operating within the Private Markets ecosystem
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Excellent proficiency in ICT tools (MS Office)
- Prior experience in either fundraising, investment banking, accountancy, corporate finance or consulting will be important
- Strong financial, analytical, documentation, and communication skills are essential.
- Solid understanding of private markets, including key KPIs and financial metrics, with a genuine interest in working within a placement agent or strategic advisory environment.
- Fluency in French is a prerequisite (+ professional English proficiency)
