Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate and underwrite real estate investment opportunities across the UK and Europe.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess investment returns, risk and performance.
- Prepare investment committee papers and present investment analysis to support decision-making.
- Support transaction execution across acquisitions, joint ventures and portfolio investments.
- Work closely with internal teams and external advisers throughout the investment process.
- Contribute to the asset management and ongoing performance of existing investments.
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years’ experience in real estate investment, real estate private equity or real estate investment banking.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
- Understanding of equity investments, joint ventures and real estate investment structures.
- Excellent commercial judgement and attention to detail.
- Proactive, intellectually curious and able to communicate complex investment analysis clearly.
