Investment Analyst | European PERE | London
I’m working with a leading European private equity real estate investor that is looking to hire an Investment Analyst into its London investment team. This is a genuine principal investing opportunity , working alongside an experienced team across the UK and wider European markets .
The role will provide exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including:
- ▪️ Deal sourcing and screening
- ▪️ Investment underwriting and financial modelling
- ▪️ Acquisition execution and due diligence
- ▪️ Investment Committee papers and presentations
- ▪️ Market and sector analysis
- ▪️ Portfolio and asset-level analysis
We are looking for:
- ▪️ 1–2 years' experience in private equity real estate , real estate investment banking / M&A , or a transaction-focused real estate environment
- ▪️ Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- ▪️ Experience underwriting real estate investments
- ▪️ Excellent analytical and academic credentials
- ▪️ Strong interest in European real estate investing
- ▪️ Fluent French or German is highly desirable
