An opportunity to join a well-established corporate finance advisory team in South Yorkshire, working on a strong and steady pipeline of lead advisory mandates for owner-managed and mid- market businesses across the region and beyond.
As a Corporate Finance Executive you’ll support the deal team across the full transaction lifecycle, with broad exposure to:
- Company sales, acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs
- Development capital and refinancing
- Valuations and financial analysis
- Information memoranda, financial models and marketing materials
- Buyer and investor research and process management
This is a hands-on role with direct client exposure and real involvement in live deals from an early stage, within a small team where you’ll learn quickly and progress on merit.
Who we’re looking for
- Newly qualified ACA/ACCA, or part qualified with strong technical ability
- Ideally some corporate finance experience (c. 6 months) alongside your audit or professional services background, though we’d also like to hear from NQ auditors keen to make the move
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Commercially minded, well organised and comfortable working with business owners
