Investment Banking Associate (M&A) Tier 1 US Elite Boutique
US Elite Boutique, based in London.
Our client, a Tier 1 US Elite Boutique investment bank, is actively hiring an Associate (level depending on experience) to join their growing advisory (mergers and acquisitions/ M&A) team in London. The team mostly does sell-side M&A (predominately large cap work (ie £1B+) and is doing more work with PLCs (take-privates). Understanding UK takeover code and having a wider knowledge of multiple products, Public to Private transaction experience etc, is advantageous.
Requirements for consideration
- 2-5 years experience working in a Bulge Bracket investment bank or leading Independent platform in London. (Our client is open to considering all sector backgrounds.)
- Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
- Excellent Financial modelling and analytical abilities.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.
The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominately deal execution focused.
