Guardiola Capital is looking for a motivated intern to join its investment team. As part of a dynamic and human-sized team, you will be immersed in the day-to-day reality of private equity: sourcing and analyzing new investment opportunities, supporting portfolio companies by contributing to strategic and financial decision-making. ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll develop core skills in financial analysis, market research, and business evaluation. More importantly, you’ll build a deep understanding of how companies grow, how investors think, and how strategic decisions are made. This internship offers a concrete bridge between academic theory and business reality.
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Background in finance, entrepreneurship or a related field.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Internships are open to students only, as part of an academic program for a period of 4 to 6 months.
- Candidates must be fully proficient in French and/or Dutch.
