Founded in 1982, Rivean currently has offices in Brussels, Utrecht, Zurich, Frankfurt and Milan. Rivean focuses on firms based in the Benelux and DACH regions with an enterprise value of €100-500m.
What you can expect
As an intern, you will be an integral member of our Brussels-based team and have the opportunity to collaborate on:
- Due diligence of new investment opportunities
- Modeling, valuation and structuring of investments
- Portfolio company monitoring, value creation and bolt-on M&A
- Lead identification and related market and industry research
Who we are looking for
- Curious, passionate about business and finance, eager to make a difference and create impact
- Outstanding academic track record; university education in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any other economic / management studies
- Prior experience in Investment banking, Private Equity, Consulting is recommended
- Excellent analytical skills, combining a strategic mindset with attention to detail
- Strong foundation in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- A self-starter with a hands-on mentality
- Able to work independently and under time pressure
- Solid team player with good communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French beneficial

Process:
