Intern / Debt Advisory & Financial Restructuring
Your Role / Tasks
- Support in the creation of complex operational/financial models.
- Assist in the analysis of annual financial statements and company data to create information documents (information memorandum, teaser, bank presentation, etc.).
- Support in conducting company valuations using various methods, including LBO, DCF, and trading/transaction multiples.
Your Profile
- Advanced studies in economics with outstanding academic performance (at least 3 completed semesters).
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, high resilience, motivation, and teamwork ability.
- At least one successfully completed internship in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or private debt.
- Fluent in German, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English, with strong presentation skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
