We are hiring Analysts (m/f/d) to join and strengthen our team from Q1 2026 onwards
Your Role / Tasks
- Building dynamic and complex operating/financial models for leveraged buyouts, corporate refinancings, and financial restructurings
- Analysing financial statements, capital structures, and credit documentations of our client companies to assess debt requirements / capacities, optimal financing structures, etc.
- Analysis of distressed companies using multiple methodologies, including valuation and waterfall analysis
- Coordinating lender and client calls throughout the financing process
- Preparing process documents such as requests for proposals, financing term sheets, etc.
- Preparing client presentations such as pitch, info memorandums and management presentations
Your Profile
- Up to 2 years of full-time experience in debt advisory, financial restructurings, M&A, or corporate finance through internships and/or a professional role in an investment bank, advisory boutique, private equity, or private debt fund
- Strong analytical / modelling and valuation skills
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, debt markets, capital structures, and accounting (HGB and IFRS)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skill set with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German and English
