ODDO BHF Corporate Finance Partners is an independent corporate advisory firm. Our European investment bank, comprising around sixty investment bankers, offers a comprehensive range of services to corporates and investors, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, and Debt Advisory. We primarily support mid-sized companies (ETIs) and family-owned businesses in Switzerland, France, Germany, and Austria, with whom we build long-term partnerships.
YOUR TEAM AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT
You will join the Corporate Finance team in Switzerland and will interact frequently with colleagues from Corporate Finance, as well as with professionals from Investment Banking and other business lines within the ODDO BHF Group.
THE SKILLS YOU WILL DEVELOP
- Support with market and industry analysis
- Preparation of company profiles/teasers and other marketing documents
- Assistance in preparation of pitch documents, reports, information memoranda and data rooms
- Support with company valuations and benchmarking analyses
- Maintaining and updating research and transaction databases
- Support execution of live projects
YOUR REMUNERATION
We offer you a remuneration package tailored to your profile and skills. This remuneration is based on a fixed salary, a discretionary bonus that is subject to individual arbitration at the end of each year and the possibility of becoming a shareholder.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Advanced studies in Business Administration or related courses, focusing on finance, accounting, investment management
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills combined with the willingness and ability to learn quickly
- Ambitious, hard-working, and self-driven attitude
- Fluency in English and German required, French and/or Italian is considered a plus
- Relevant prior experience (internships or similar) is of advantage
