Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Distribute primary bond deals and bring secondary client flows to Credit Market Making desk.
- Compile weekly primary bond distribution report for FICC management.
- Client coverage support shadowed by senior sales eg ticketing, market commentaries, account maintenance
- Develop account relationships for distribution of FICC products.
- Cross sell products from other desks.
- Back up other team members on the flow sales desk.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or a related field.
- Attained all required regulatory qualifications to carry out necessary client service activities.
- 2-3 years of experience in fixed income products preferred.
- Good potential to build up relationships with offshore and onshore FICC accounts - real money, banks and corporates.
- Team player, good personality and motivation.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Other language skills highly desirable.
