Peak Performance Recruitment is working with our client to recruit an Associate – Aviation Finance Origination to join their team in Amsterdam. This is an opportunity to join a global aviation finance function, supporting the origination, pricing and execution of aviation finance transactions. The role will provide exposure to senior originators, clients and stakeholders across multiple regions, with increasing responsibility as you develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior originators in developing new business.
- Assist with pricing and loan profiles.
- Prepare credit papers, internal memos, presentations and pitch books.
- Attend client meetings where required.
- Support and ultimately drive deal execution.
- Contribute to wider strategic projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ banking experience.
- Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to produce clear, concise proposals from complex information.
- Financial modelling knowledge would be beneficial.
- Aviation experience is not essential, but a strong interest in the sector is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands The role is based in Amsterdam, and candidates must be willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
