We are recruiting an Analyst on behalf of our client in Amsterdam. This is an opportunity for an early-career professional to develop their financial analysis, modelling and transaction execution skills within a specialist corporate finance advisory boutique. Our client advises entrepreneurs, investors and corporates on M&A and growth financing across the Technology & Infrastructure sectors. The role offers exposure to international transactions and the opportunity to work closely with experienced dealmakers and industry experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to support valuation and transaction analysis.
- Analyse financial statements and assess company performance.
- Conduct market, industry and company research.
- Prepare pitch presentations, investment memoranda and other transaction materials.
- Support due diligence and transaction execution, working closely with senior team members.
Requirements
- Degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking or a related area.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in financial modelling and valuation.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
- An interest in Technology & Infrastructure and the businesses shaping these sectors.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative and a collaborative approach.
