Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modelling
- Support the preparation of marketing and information materials for banks and financial institutions participating in financing processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks and credit institutions; handle day-to-day communication and manage queries throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Assess the appropriate debt level and debt structure for the potential acquisition
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience particularly in infrastructure sectors such as Energy, Renewables, Airports, and Transport.
Deal Structuring
- Assisting with documentation process
- Work closely with M&A colleagues to align financing delivery with deal timelines and strategic objectives.
- Discuss derivatives structures
Key Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience WITHIN AN INVESTMENT BANK or 5 years within BIG4
- Demonstrated knowledge of finance documentation and credit processes
- A clear and genuine ambition to build a long-term career in debt advisory and capital markets
- Preferably some experience in project finance, infrastructure, or acquisition finance
- Outstanding academic background, ideally with a degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- Strong financial modelling capabilities, including proficiency in building cash flow models and performing detailed financial ratio analysis
- Exceptional analytical and numerical skills, coupled with sound commercial judgemente
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
