We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Investment Associate to support property investment research, financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, and investment coordination activities. This role involves evaluating real estate opportunities, analyzing market trends, supporting property transactions, and assisting with strategic investment decisions to help manage and grow real estate assets.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
- Assist with monitoring property portfolios, asset performance, and investment returns.
- Prepare investment reports, property valuations, financial summaries, and market analysis.
- Research potential investments across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
- Support due diligence processes by reviewing property documents, financial statements, and investment proposals.
- Analyze rental income, operating expenses, cash flow projections, and property investment risks.
- Monitor real estate market trends, property prices, economic indicators, and industry developments.
- Assist with property acquisition, disposal, and investment transaction coordination.
- Coordinate with property managers, real estate agents, financial institutions, legal advisors, and external service providers.
- Maintain accurate property investment records, transaction documents, and portfolio information.
- Support investment reporting, financial forecasting, and asset allocation activities.
- Assist senior management with property investment strategies and long-term portfolio growth initiatives.
✅ Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate investment, financial analysis, property management, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, investment analysis, and portfolio management principles.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, property investment proposals, and market information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage investment documentation and confidential financial information professionally.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate, property development, asset management, or investment operations is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate multiple investment-related tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications in real estate or finance are an advantage.
