An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join a growing Real Estate Family Office as it continues to expand its investment portfolio and pursue new opportunities across the sector. The role will offer significant exposure to the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior decision-makers on acquisitions, underwriting and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
- Build sophisticated financial models from scratch, including detailed cash flow modelling, DCFs, investment appraisals and returns analysis, with strong hands-on underwriting experience.
- Analyse and evaluate new investment opportunities, leading financial due diligence, assessing risk-adjusted returns and supporting acquisition decisions.
- Support the execution of transactions and portfolio growth initiatives, preparing investment papers, market research and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Ideally bring experience in logistics and/or data centre real estate, although candidates with a broader real estate investment background and strong technical modelling capabilities will also be considered.
- Must have experience in building financial models from scratch.
