What to expect
As an intern, you will be involved as a full member of the team from day one and will have the opportunity to experience the entire investment process at first hand. Your duties will include:
- Analysis of investment opportunities in Poland, as well as industries and markets
- Active support of the investment team in the execution of live transactions
- Preparation of presentations for the investment committee and external purposes
- Participation and interaction in meetings with advisers and management teams
- Contributing to the day-to-day management of the Poland portfolio
Period
- Starting date: Flexible / on a rolling basis (duration: 6 month)
Requirements
Please note that you are not required to submit a cover letter. Instead, please submit a short investment pitch (max. 300 words) aligned with our investment strategy, setting out your thesis, key supporting arguments and principal risks. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Your profile
- Prior internship experience in private equity, investment banking or a related transaction-oriented field
- Bachelor's degree and currently pursuing, or having completed, a master's degree with a strong academic record from a top-ranked university
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Demonstrated financial modelling and valuation experience
- Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and problem-solving skill
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency with MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in Polish and English
