Our client, a European alternative investment manager focused on special situations, asset-backed lending and opportunistic credit investments, is looking to hire an Associate for its investment team.
The Role
- Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across European credit and special situations
- Build financial models and conduct investment, credit and commercial analysis
- Support due diligence, transaction structuring and execution
- Prepare investment committee materials and investment memos
- Monitor existing investments and support portfolio management
Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Credit, Leveraged Finance, Restructuring or Private Equity
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Good understanding of debt, credit and capital structures
- Strong academic background and attention to detail
- Excellent English and Spanish
