Our client, a leading M&A boutique in Munich is looking for strong additions to their team within TMT
Key Responsibilities
- Execute M&A transactions within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, including acquisitions, disposals, and mergers.
- Develop financial models, perform company valuations, and conduct financial and commercial due diligence.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor assessments to identify investment opportunities and support deal origination.
- Prepare transaction materials, including pitch books, information memoranda, valuation reports, and presentations for clients and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of M&A processes and corporate finance principles.
- Demonstrated interest in the TMT sector, with strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
