I’m working with a leading independent TMT-focused M&A and Corporate Finance boutique looking to add an Analyst to its Frankfurt team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their investment banking career who already has a strong foundation in M&A.
We’re looking for:
- Strong internships in M&A / Investment Banking , ideally within boutiques or advisory firms
- Exposure to TMT, Telecom, Technology or Digital Infrastructure is highly advantageous
- Alternatively, first full-time experience as an M&A Analyst
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
- Fully professional German and strong English
- Genuine interest in TMT and transaction execution
You’ll work in a lean, highly experienced team with direct exposure to senior bankers and involvement across the full M&A process, from analysis and pitching through to execution.
