Our client, a leading mid market private equity fund in Paris is looking for strong additions to their team on Associate level
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Support the execution of private equity transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio company investments.
- Perform market research, industry analysis, and competitive assessments to identify attractive investment opportunities.
- Monitor portfolio company performance, prepare investment committee materials, and support value creation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English is essential; professional proficiency in both languages is required.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills, with solid knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
