We are looking for an Investment Intern to join our Investment Team in Madrid for a 6 or 12-month internship, with a clear path to a permanent Analyst position for outstanding performers. You will work directly with the senior investment team on live deals across Southern Europe from day one, collaborating with our teams in the UK, Spain and Italy, with genuine responsibility and exposure to Investment Committee, investors, lenders and operators. We are looking for someone highly analytical, proactive and solution-oriented : a person who takes ownership, anticipates what the deal needs and brings answers rather than problems.

RESPONSABILITIES
Investment Execution
- Build and review financial models (DCF, returns analysis, sensitivities) for acquisitions, developments and conversions
- Support underwriting, due diligence, market studies and operator benchmarking
- Prepare Investment Committee memoranda and Information Memoranda
Origination & Sourcing
- Conduct market mapping across Spanish and Italian cities to identify new investment opportunities
- Screen incoming deals and take part in meetings with brokers, owners, operators and advisors
Capital Markets & Investor Relations
- Support equity raising and debt financing processes, including lender outreach and term sheet analysis
- Prepare investor presentations, teasers and reporting materials
Asset Management
- Monitor portfolio performance against business plan and support value creation initiatives
PROFILE
- A strongly analytical mindset , with rigour, attention to detail and a structured approach to complex problems
- Proactive and solution-oriented : able to take initiative, work autonomously and drive tasks to completion
- Excellent academic record in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Mathematics or another technical or quantitative discipline
- Previous internship experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Consulting; exposure to real estate debt, leveraged finance, debt advisory or lending is highly desirable
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience, including internships
- Fluency in Italian, Spanish and English is essential
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential; experience with a CRM is a plus
- Strong communication skills, genuine interest in real estate investing and an entrepreneurial attitude
