My team is currently cooperating with a few International Private Equity Funds funds in the Netherlands and they are currently looking for Invetsment Analyst / Associate / VP level profiles to join their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing : Identify and source potential investment opportunities in various sectors in the Netherlands, with a focus on Small or middle-market companies.
- Due Diligence : Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
- Financial Modeling : Create and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and other valuation models.
- Deal Execution : Assist in all aspects of the deal execution process, including deal structuring, negotiation, and legal documentation.
- Portfolio Management : Monitor and actively manage portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to implement value creation strategies.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes in the European private equity market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related fieldю
- Previous experience in private equity , investment banking , consulting , or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Fluent Dutch.
