The Opportunity
You will work alongside experienced investment professionals, gaining exposure to investment opportunities, acquisitions, portfolio companies, and strategic financial decisions across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
- Conduct financial due diligence, financial statement analysis, and transaction assessments.
- Develop and review financial models, business valuations, and investment analyses.
- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A), from initial evaluation through execution.
- Assess company performance, profitability, cash flows, working capital, and financial risks.
- Prepare investment presentations, financial reports, and recommendations for senior management.
- Coordinate with financial advisors, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout investment processes.
- Support ongoing portfolio performance reviews and investment-related strategic initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience with a Big Four firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) is highly preferred, particularly within Deals, Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, Valuation, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong hands-on exposure to financial due diligence, business valuations, and/or M&A transactions .
- Solid understanding of financial statements, EBITDA adjustments, working capital analysis, and financial modeling.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- CFA qualification or CPA certification is highly desirable.
- Candidates currently pursuing relevant professional qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory , alongside professional proficiency in English.
