The team has a strong track record of advising on high-profile and complex transactions across the Materials and Natural Resources landscape. The role offers meaningful responsibility across the transaction lifecycle, exposure to leading corporates and financial sponsors, and the opportunity to develop sector expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of M&A transactions.
- Build financial models, valuations and transaction analyses.
- Prepare client presentations and marketing materials.
- Conduct industry, company and market analysis across relevant subsectors.
- Work closely with senior bankers, clients and external advisers throughout transactions.
Key Requirements:
- Approximately 2-6 years’ investment banking experience, ideally within Natural Resources, Materials, Industrials, Energy or a related M&A team.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Demonstrated experience across live M&A transactions.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
