We are recruiting an Investment Professional for our client in the Netherlands. The role offers the opportunity to evaluate investments, execute transactions and work with management teams to grow mid-market businesses.
Our client is an established European private equity firm with a buy-and-build strategy, partnering with entrepreneurs to accelerate growth through organic development and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research markets and identify potential investment opportunities.
- Assess company performance, competitive positioning and growth potential.
- Perform financial analysis and valuation, coordinate due diligence and prepare investment proposals.
- Support the execution of new investments and add-on acquisitions.
- Work with portfolio companies on strategic growth initiatives and acquisition opportunities.
Requirements
- Outstanding academic degree (Bachelor and Master / MBA)
- 2–5 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy, Investment Bank or Private Equity
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English.
- Strong analytical skills and sound commercial judgement.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in growing mid-market businesses.
- Initiative, the ability to work independently and a collaborative approach.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with entrepreneurs and management teams.
