Job description
The intern will be part of the Strategy and M&A team, whose mission is to drive the growth of the Group and to support the Business Units in their search for critical size.
The intern will work alongside the team in developing the strategic orientations submitted to the Executive Board and implementing it through the research, analysis and execution of external and organic growth operations.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic intelligence & industry analysis
- Monitor trends, competitive dynamics and consolidation movements across the asset management industry
- Build and maintain competitive benchmarks and market maps of alternative asset managers
- Prepare sector updates and briefing materials for management
2. M&A & corporate development
- Screen potential acquisition targets against the Group's key strategic priorities
- Contribute to the strategic and financial analysis of identified opportunities
- Support the preparation of materials used throughout the deal process
