Position
As a member of our team, you will work in an international environment alongside our M&A Advisory professionals, gaining all-round understanding of the M&A process and deal exposure on an international level. Based in Frankfurt, you will work in a highly entrepreneurial and inspiring environment and become an integral part of our team.
Duties include supporting our M&A team notably:
- ·Preparing, analysing and explaining historical and projected financial information
- ·Coordinating and performing business due diligence
- ·Preparing confidential, information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations
- ·Valuating companies and businesses
- ·Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and pitches
Requirements
- ·Have previous internship experience within M&A advisory and/or related fields
- ·Exceptional interpersonal skills, working in a team under tight deadlines paired with the ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
- ·You will have an outstanding academic record, with preference for a degree in accounting, economics, or finance
- ·Strong analytical, accounting and numerical skills
- ·Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- ·Fluent written and spoken German & English essential
