Your responsibilities:
- Support live M&A projects across all stages of the transaction process
- Preparation of market, company and competitor analyses
- Research and identification of potential targets or buyers
- Preparation of process documentation
- Preparation of company valuations
- Support in due diligence
- Creation of presentations for ongoing mandates and business development projects
- Further development of internal data bases

Your qualifications:
- First-rate business student at a leading business school or university
- Focus area Accounting & Finance / M&A / Business Administration
- First practical experiences in Advisory, Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Finance or a related field (e.g. Banking, Audit, Controlling) with excellent references
- Business fluent German & English
- You think analytically, enjoy coming up with „out of the box“ solutions and maintain strong communication skills
