You support the Origination and Investment team with regional Focus on France in identifying, evaluating, and executing software company acquisitions.
Day-to-day this means:
- Deal sourcing: Build and maintain our target company list using our in-house intelligence software, identify new software platforms and buy & build targets
- Commercial due diligence: Support CDD workstreams — market sizing, competitive landscape, customer analysis, and management Q&A preparation
- Financial analysis: Assist with financial modelling, KPI benchmarking (ARR, NRR, CAC payback, EBITDA margin), and IC materials
- Portfolio monitoring: Help track portfolio company performance against investment theses
- Direct contact to entrepreneurs, managers and stakeholders in France and french speaking regions.
French skills are a plus
