Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on deal opportunities
- Support the team in macro and research on fund/investment opportunities
- Provide analytical support to the team in working out financial model
- Assist the team in understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns
- Assist the team in preparing business/investment approval material
- Support the team on investment due diligence
- Assist the team on portfolio monitoring and investment performance of the assets and the fund
- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient in Power BI to create Dashboard, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Skills in using Macro will be advantageous
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as a right attitude and passion to learn new things
- Detail-oriented and meticulous individual and able to identify big picture
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
