Hiring | Investment Banking Graduate Programme | M&A Advisory | UAE
I'm recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 Global Investment Bank for a permanent, front-office opportunity within its M&A Advisory business in the UAE. This is an opportunity for an academically strong graduate with relevant transaction experience to build a long-term career in investment banking, working on corporate finance and M&A transactions across the Middle East and Africa.

Candidate Requirements
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree from a top-rated business school, engineering school or equivalent university.
- Minimum university GPA of 2.75/4.0, 3.5/5.0 or equivalent, with stronger academic performance particularly encouraged.
- First-hand internship or professional experience in M&A Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Debt Markets or Project/Structured Finance.
- Solid knowledge of corporate finance, financial modelling and valuation.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English.
- French is advantageous but not essential.
- Genuine motivation to develop a long-term career in investment banking.
Particularly Relevant Backgrounds
Candidates with experience at global investment banks, M&A advisory boutiques, private equity transaction teams, corporate finance advisory practices or Big Four Deals and Valuations teams are particularly encouraged to apply, provided their experience aligns with the requirements above.
Exposure to live transactions, financial due diligence, DCF valuation, comparable company analysis, transaction modelling or financing analysis will be especially valuable.
Location & Mobility
Candidates currently based in the UAE or wider GCC will receive priority consideration.
Exceptional international candidates may also be considered, provided they are willing and financially able to fund any required UAE interview travel and subsequent relocation independently.
Important: This is a genuine entry-level graduate opportunity, not an experienced-hire Associate or Vice President position.
