What all roles have in common
- 💶 Base salaries range from €100k to €180k, depending on seniority and role. Additional variable compensation and, in some cases, equity participation.
- 🇩🇪 German C1/C2 required
- ✈️ Some roles involve travel across DACH and internationally
CORPORATE M&A
- 1. Head of M&A | Frankfurt Consumer / Fitness & Health. First dedicated Head of M&A at a PE-backed, market-leading platform, owning a buy-and-build programme with near-monthly deals.
- 2. Senior Manager M&A (VP level) | Frankfurt Aviation & Transport. Central Group M&A team leading buy-side and sell-side deals, JVs, carve-outs and cross-border transactions, with direct exposure to the Executive Board.
- 3. M&A Associate / VP | Frankfurt Pharma / Life Sciences. Valuation, due diligence and deal execution in the in-house Corporate Finance & M&A team, supporting acquisitions and strategic transactions across the group.
- 4. (Senior) Investment Manager | Frankfurt Infrastructure. Transactions, valuations and business plan reviews for an international portfolio across LatAm, Southern Europe and Turkey, plus preparing board materials.
- 5. (Senior) Manager Corporate M&A & PMI | Munich Technology / Industrials. Buy-side M&A from target screening to closing, covering bolt-ons, minority stakes in tech companies and strategic partnerships, plus post-merger integration.
- 6. M&A Associate (2–4 yrs) | Munich Defence Electronics. Hands-on deal execution at a listed European leader, working with the CSO and external advisers. A genuine interest in defence is required.
CORPORATE STRATEGY
- 7. Management Consultant (4+ yrs) | Düsseldorf area Chemicals. In-house consulting at a global group during a phase of carve-outs and portfolio reshaping, working on strategic projects for senior management. Generalists welcome.
