We are working with a fast-growing, privately backed business looking to hire a Corporate Finance Analyst / Associate to join its expanding team. This is an opportunity for an ambitious investment banking professional to transition into an operating business, working closely with senior leadership on strategic transactions, fundraising and corporate finance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models, including valuation and scenario analysis.
- Support strategic transactions, M&A and partnership opportunities.
- Assist with fundraising processes, investor presentations and data room management.
- Work alongside external advisors on financing and corporate development initiatives.
- Conduct financial and commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to capital structure and funding strategy discussions.
Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of investment banking experience at a bulge bracket or leading advisory boutique.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution skills.
- Experience in Healthcare or TMT investment banking preferred; other relevant M&A backgrounds considered.
- Strong academic background; STEM or life sciences education advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of ownership and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
