The Buy-out Fund of funds team at Access is comprised of investments professionals located in Paris, London, Brussels, and Helsinki and invests in both primary commitments (selecting the best performing buy-out funds in Europe) and secondary transactions (LP stakes and GP-leds).
Role:
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Buy-out Fund of funds investment team.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Supporting due diligence on primary commitments and secondary transactions
- Preparing investment recommendations
- Financial modelling
- Portfolio monitoring
- Developing and screening the pipeline of opportunities
- Supporting the team in day-to-day tasks

Requirements:
- Graduated from a leading university / graduate school
- Previous internship or full-time experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction services in a leading audit firm
- Solid understanding of private equity funds and corporate finance
- Strong quantitative skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of financial modelling is essential
- Professional fluency in English is a must; fluency in other European languages would be an advantage
- Intellectual rigour, with ability to work efficiently and in an organised manner
- Good interpersonal skills
- Valid working permit in the European Union (if applying for Paris) or the UK (if applying for London)
