The Role Analyst/Associate/AVP/VP, Sector Team, IBD
Key Accountabilities
- To be involved in a wide range of corporate finance transactions (including IPOs, spin-offs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, compliance advisory, restructuring and other fund raising activities);
- To fully participate and guide the juniors in the due diligence and execution processes;
- To prepare financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials and presentations;
- Involve in evaluation and execution of client’s strategic initiatives in business expansion / restructuring and related acquisition opportunities;
- Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities;
- Such other tasks assigned by team leader.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree holders in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline;
- Professional qualification in accounting or finance is preferred, CPA/ CFA holder is a plus;
- At least 2 years of solid experience in corporate finance industry or in international accounting firm;
- Candidates with experience in handling IPO transactions in Autonomous Driving and Industrial sectors will be an advantage;
- Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
- Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required;
- Self-motivated, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel occasionally;
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
